From airport arrival to final departure.
- Airport coordination: Multiple vehicles staged at HNL, OGG, KOA, LIH, or any Hawaiian airport. Flight monitoring across all arrivals.
- Concierge airport staff: Available on arrivals and departures. On arrival, a dedicated concierge meets your party at baggage claim, coordinates with your chauffeur, and manages the transition to your vehicle. On departure, staff greets your party curbside, assists with luggage, and escorts you to security. Available upon request — coordinate at booking.
- Luggage porter assistance: Porter service available on arrivals and departures. Coordinated through our concierge staff when requested.
- Resort and hotel transfers: Coordinated arrivals at Four Seasons Ko Olina, Ritz-Carlton Oahu Turtle Bay, Grand Wailea, Four Seasons Hualalai, and all major Hawaiian resort properties.
- Charter and as-directed: A fleet of vehicles at your group's disposal — island excursions, inter-venue transfers, event transportation, private dinners, and activities.
- Private aviation groups: Multi-vehicle coordination at FBO facilities including Signature Aviation Honolulu. Aircraft arrival timing confirmed with your handler, chauffeurs positioned accordingly.
- Inter-island movements: Ground transportation coordinated across multiple islands for groups moving through Oahu, Maui, Big Island, and Kauai on the same program.
- Return departures: Managed with the same precision as arrivals.

Group transportation is coordinated based on your party composition — vehicle type and count confirmed at booking. All vehicles held to the same standard regardless of how many are deployed.
- Cadillac Escalade — SUV for 3–5 passengers with luggage; frequently deployed in pairs or groups for corporate arrivals
- Mercedes-Benz Sprinter — Van for groups of 6–12; configured for airport transfers and charter
- Luxury Minibus — Available for larger groups up to 25 passengers. The same standard of vehicle and chauffeur, scaled to your group size.
- Mixed fleet: Combinations of any of the above deployed based on group composition and logistics
For programs beyond 25 passengers, we coordinate with trusted Hawaii operators within our affiliate network and manage the full logistics as a single service.
